Cristiano Amaral - International Business Development
c.amaral@amaralecia.comManaging Director, has extensive experience acting for over 24 years in international business, has a B.S. in Business Administration and B.A. in Law from Paulista University, graduate in International Business at Birkbeck College, London University and International Private Law from the Prelate University Catholic - COGEAE PUC - São Paulo/Brazil. He has license issued by the Brazilian authoritires at Inland Revenue to act directly in the federal customs units of Viracopos, Guarulhos and Santos in São Paulo. He worked in leading companies in Brazil in many segments, as well as, outstanding work abroad in distribution and logistics.
Mr. Amaral is responsible for financial management of projects, recognizing business opportunities and putting together bids to win new business, as well as, negotiating and agreeing contracts. Commercial managing strategically to expand business opportunities, preserving and improving procedures, standards or policies whilst sticking to regulatory guidelines.
Fabiano Lopes - Regulatory Affairs and Quality Manager

He also provides compliance support to other business areas including advertising review, inquiry response, project participation, research, policy form interpretation, problem resolution and maintenance of information sources on related mandates. Supports and coordinates state regulatory examinations, surveys and data calls. He has Bachelor's Degree of Science in Metallurgical Engineering and Business Administration supported by more than 12 years experience in advising on and coordinate the approval and registration of: Medical Devices, Orthopedic Implants, Complementary medicines, Cosmetics, among other products.

Gisele Viegas - Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator

Her role includes the movement and storage managing customs clearance for imports and export working with local and/or foreign governments' regulatory agencies to ensure Amaral & Cia meets all necessary documentary and regulatory requirements when shipping goods in or out of the country. She manages all internal procedures related to handling goods for import or export, including conducting research and making recommendations for improving the efficiency of customs processing and auditing prior transactions.

Also she review, draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts. Ensuring that contracts are in compliance with legal, regulatory and organization policies. Monitor the contract process to assure compliance with the organization's contractual guidelines, satisfaction of customers/vendors, including participation in pre-contract discussions, contract negotiations, changes and implementation.
