Cristiano Amaral - International Business Development

Managing Director, has extensive experience acting for over 24 years in international business, has a B.S. in Business Administration and B.A. in Law from Paulista University, graduate in International Business at Birkbeck College, London University and International Private Law from the Prelate University Catholic - COGEAE PUC - São Paulo/Brazil. He has license issued by the Brazilian authoritires at Inland Revenue to act directly in the federal customs units of Viracopos, Guarulhos and Santos in São Paulo. He worked in leading companies in Brazil in many segments, as well as, outstanding work abroad in distribution and logistics.

Mr. Amaral is responsible for financial management of projects, recognizing business opportunities and putting together bids to win new business, as well as, negotiating and agreeing contracts. Commercial managing strategically to expand business opportunities, preserving and improving procedures, standards or policies whilst sticking to regulatory guidelines.

Fabiano Lopes - Regulatory Affairs and Quality Manager

Managing partner, Mr. Lopes is responsible for submits regulatory filings to obtain required approvals to market medical products, as well as, maintaining compliance with emerging law and regulation. He also provides compliance support to other business areas including advertising review, inquiry response, project participation, research, policy form interpretation, problem resolution and maintenance of information sources on related mandates. Supports and coordinates state regulatory examinations, surveys and data calls. He has Bachelor's Degree of Science in Metallurgical Engineering and Business Administration supported by more than 12 years experience in advising on and coordinate the approval and registration of: Medical Devices, Orthopedic Implants, Complementary medicines, Cosmetics, among other products.

Francisco Arieta - Technical & Product Development Manager, MSc and PhD

Mr. Arieta has more than 35 years of professional experience and expertise in Microestruture, Properties, Selection, Application Engineering , Heat Treatment and Tribology of Tool Steels Aimed at Productivity Improvement ; Titanium and Cr-Co Alloys, for Medical and Dental Implants & Instruments; Stainless Steels for Solenoide Valves ; Stainless Steels; Austenitic and Heat Treated Martensitic Stainless steels Precision Thin Strips ; Carbon , HSLA and Stainless Flat Rolled Steels Wrought Aluminium Alloys; He has developed his professional career working through many major companies in Brazil and abroad, such as Schmolz-Bickenbach do Brasil & ThyssenKrupp - Brasil, Tool Steels & Stainless Steels Long Products Produced by Deutsche Edelstahlwerke (DEW) , Germany; Sorel Forge, Canada; Finkl, USA; Ugitech - France ; PM Tool Steels Distributed by Zapp Tooling Alloys, USA. Also he is a member of the Technical Commission of Moulds, Dies and Toolings of the Brazilian Society of Metallurgy, Materials and Mining (ABM).

Tathiana Barreto Ferrari - Operations Coordinator - Custom Clearance & Distribution

Ms. Ferrari is extremely neat, reliable, greatly motivated, able to deal with complicated projects, creating high quality and timely working results. She has exceptional skills of analysis and setting up relationships, particularly helpful in supporting customers and associates to find out solutions to problems and wonders. She is responsable at Amaral & Cia for coordenation of Custom Clearance and Distribution of many differents products from our clients network.

Gisele Viegas - Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator

Ms. Viegas is responsible for the management of the flow of goods and services from our customer to Amaral & Cia the final customer in its country. Her role includes the movement and storage managing customs clearance for imports and export working with local and/or foreign governments' regulatory agencies to ensure Amaral & Cia meets all necessary documentary and regulatory requirements when shipping goods in or out of the country. She manages all internal procedures related to handling goods for import or export, including conducting research and making recommendations for improving the efficiency of customs processing and auditing prior transactions.

Rosangela Francis Bampa - Senior Legal Consultant

Mrs. Bampa is senior lawyer at Amaral & Cia, acting within a matrix structure of the Office of General Counsel anticipating the legal needs and requirements of Amaral & Cia customers and ensure that appropriate legal services are provided either directly or through others based on expertise. Also she review, draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts. Ensuring that contracts are in compliance with legal, regulatory and organization policies. Monitor the contract process to assure compliance with the organization's contractual guidelines, satisfaction of customers/vendors, including participation in pre-contract discussions, contract negotiations, changes and implementation.
