In addition, Mananging Director - a company focused on logistics and international trade, with activities that include import, export and distribution of medical equipment, products for laboratories, hospitals and high technology equipment.
Graduated in Business Administration in Foreign Trade and Law from the Paulista University; Postgraduate degree in International Business from Birkbeck College, University of London, and International Law from PUC Catholic University of São Paulo.

Sarah Xian has more than 5 years of experience in Anvisa registration process and medical devices distribution in Brazil, as well as, general trading consulting in South America countries.
Combined with specialists in Brazil and China, we set up a successful professional team, devoted to assist all Chineses companies to enter and promote their products in Brazil and South America countries.
Maiene Moreira - Head of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Management

He also provides compliance support to other business areas including advertising review, inquiry response, project participation, research, policy form interpretation, problem resolution and maintenance of information sources on related mandates. Supports and coordinates state regulatory examinations, surveys and data calls. He has Bachelor's Degree of Science in Metallurgical Engineering and Business Administration supported by more than 12 years experience in advising on and coordinate the approval and registration of: Medical Devices, Orthopedic Implants, Complementary medicines, Cosmetics, among other products.
Gustavo Souza - International Business Coordinator
comex@amaralecia.com.brGustavo is responsible for the management of the flow of goods and services from our customer to AMC the final customer in its country. His role includes the movement and storage managing customs clearance for imports and export working with local and/or foreign governments' regulatory agencies to ensure Amaral & Cia meets all necessary documentary and regulatory requirements when shipping goods in or out of the country. She manages all internal procedures related to handling goods for import or export, including conducting research and making recommendations for improving the efficiency of customs processing and auditing prior transactions.
Rosangela Francis Bampa - Senior Legal Consultant
r.bampa@amaralecia.com.brMrs. Bampa is senior lawyer at AMC Group, acting within a matrix structure of the Office of General Counsel anticipating the legal needs and requirements of Amaral & Cia customers and ensure that appropriate legal services are provided either directly or through others based on expertise. Also she review, draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts. Ensuring that contracts are in compliance with legal, regulatory and organization policies. Monitor the contract process to assure compliance with the organization's contractual guidelines, satisfaction of customers/vendors, including participation in pre-contract discussions, contract negotiations, changes and implementation.
